Customer Experience Specialist

At The Learning Experience #221, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Guide customers through their queries, providing personalized solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues internally to improve processes and develop new solutions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tooling.
