Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, focusing on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and C1 English level.
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with difficult customers.
  • Curious and love to investigate, using creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and striving to exceed expectations.
