Customer Experience Specialist

Jujur is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every interaction with our customers is honest, transparent, and personalized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, showcasing exceptional communication skills and empathy.
  • Guide customers through their questions and concerns, providing solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Identify and address customer needs, escalating internally to improve and develop processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch (C2) language skills and C1 English level.
  • Smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customers.
  • Curious and creative problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfaction.
  • Target-driven and committed to exceeding expectations.
What We Offer:
  • Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts.
  • Full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
