Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at The Learning Experience #221. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to provide personalized support and solutions.
  • Guide customers through their questions and concerns, ensuring they receive the right solution and leave with a positive experience.
  • Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Affinity for fashion and knowledge of trends in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
