Customer Experience Specialist

At The Learning Experience #356, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, showcasing outstanding communication skills and empathy.
  • Guide customers through their queries, ensuring they receive the right solution and leave with a positive impression.
  • Identify and address customer needs, escalating issues internally to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity, striving for exceptional results.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and a strong command of English (C1 level).
  • A smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service.
  • Calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customers.
  • A curious and creative problem-solver who prioritizes customer satisfaction.
  • A target-driven individual who strives to exceed expectations.
What We Offer:
  • An excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance.
  • Shifts between 9:00 and 23:00, with a preference for late-night shifts (14:00 - 23:00).
  • A full-time contract of 39 hours per week.
