About The Learning Experience #221
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Guide customers through their questions and ensure they receive the right support.
- Identify and address customer needs to escalate internally and improve processes.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Native fluency in German, both oral and written.
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Affinity for fashion, sharp view for aesthetics, and knowledge of trends in fashion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and show empathy.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Autonomy to work independently and as part of a team.
- Technical skills in Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tooling.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
