Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client pain points, driving process improvements and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and strong English language proficiency (C1 level).
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
