Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide personalized support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address client pain points, driving process improvements and enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and strong English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Target-driven and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
