About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for communicating with customers to find the best solution to their problem, brainstorming with colleagues to improve the customer experience, and utilizing the latest technology and AI integrations to drive innovation and change management.
Key Responsibilities- Support B2B customers with their queries and concerns
- Communicate effectively with customers to find solutions to their problems
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience
- Utilize technology and AI integrations to drive innovation and change management
- Handle payment inquiries and flagging/escalation of customer queries
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
- Native level German and fluent English
- Customer service experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Technical background and proficiency with computers
- Spanish and mindfulness classes
