About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our B2B customers in Germany. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support over the phone, email, and chat, while constantly brainstorming with your colleagues to improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Support B2B customers in German, providing solutions to their problems and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Brainstorm with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and AI integrations, becoming an expert in this field.
- Handle payment inquiries, flagging and escalating customer queries, and mapping business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Native level German and fluent English.
- Customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to think outside the box and find creative solutions to customer issues.
- Technical background an advantage, with proficiency in computers and typing skills.
