Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to support our B2B customers in Germany. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support over the phone, email, and chat, while constantly brainstorming with your colleagues to improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B customers in German, providing solutions to their problems and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Brainstorm with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and AI integrations, becoming an expert in this field.
  • Handle payment inquiries, flagging and escalating customer queries, and mapping business processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Native level German and fluent English.
  • Customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to think outside the box and find creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Technical background an advantage, with proficiency in computers and typing skills.
