Join Our Team as a German Customer Experience Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced German-speaking Customer Experience Expert to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients.

About the Role

As a German Customer Experience Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing them with timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate effectively with customers to find the best solutions to their problems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience and develop new ideas
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use the latest technology and AI integrations to enhance the customer experience
  • Manage and resolve payment inquiries from sellers and buyers
  • Monitor and improve Trustpilot reviews to enhance overall company NPS
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and develop suitable solutions
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
  • Technical background and proficiency with computers
