Job Title: German-Speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at German-World, Inc. in Valencia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problems and provide timely responses.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management.
  • Utilize the latest technology and AI integrations to enhance customer interactions and become an expert in this field.
  • Handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
  • Monitor and improve Trustpilot reviews to enhance overall company NPS through excellent service.
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and develop suitable solutions.
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native level German and fluent English.
  • Customer service experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Interest in innovation and technology, particularly in chatbot integrations.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions for customers.
  • Technical background is an advantage.
  • Proficient with computers and able to type at lightning speed.
