Are you a customer experience expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a German-speaking CX specialist to join our team in Valencia. Our client is a fintech startup that's revolutionizing the way customers interact with their services. As a CX specialist, you'll be working at the forefront of innovation, providing solutions to customers and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
  • Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the customer experience
  • Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change
  • Use the latest technology and AI integrations to become an expert in the field
  • Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers
  • Responsible for Trustpilot reviews and improving overall company NPS
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and come up with suitable solutions
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Native level German and fluent English
  • Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented
  • You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
  • A technical background is an advantage
  • You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
