Dutch Customer Experience Expert To Beautiful Valencia

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a key member of our Fintech team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our B2B customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
- Brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience
- Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations
- Control and handle payment inquiries
- Responsible for Trustpilot reviews and improving overall company NPS
Requirements:
- Native level Dutch and fluent English
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest in innovation
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Technical background an advantage
