Job Description

Our client is a startup that has been delivering exceptional customer service for 3 years. They are now looking for a German-speaking CX specialist to join their team in Valencia. As a CX specialist, you will be responsible for supporting B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat, and communicating with customers to find the best solution to their problem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
  • Constantly brainstorm with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience
  • Troubleshoot, innovate, and manage change
  • Use the latest technology and AI integrations
  • Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers
  • Responsible for Trustpilot reviews and improving overall company NPS
  • Flag and escalate customer queries and come up with suitable solutions
  • Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Native level German and fluent English
  • Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
  • Technical background is an advantage
  • Proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
