Job Title: German-Speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at German-World, Inc. in Valencia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to B2B clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and find solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and AI integrations to provide expert-level support
  • Handle payment inquiries and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitor and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
Your Qualifications:
  • Native-level German and fluent English
  • Proven customer service experience with a passion for delivering exceptional results
  • Interest in innovation and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Technical background an advantage, with proficiency in computers and typing skills
