We are seeking a highly skilled German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at German-World, Inc. in Valencia. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our B2B clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to B2B clients via phone, email, and chat
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and find solutions
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer experience through troubleshooting, innovation, and change management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and AI integrations to provide expert-level support
- Handle payment inquiries and resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Monitor and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Proven customer service experience with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Interest in innovation and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Technical background an advantage, with proficiency in computers and typing skills
