We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Expert to join our team at Toptalent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our B2B customers through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat to find the best solution to their problem.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and improve their overall experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and implement new ideas to enhance customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Use the latest technology and AI integrations to improve customer service and support.
- Flag and escalate customer queries as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Map and improve business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Native level German and fluent English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.
- Ability to think outside the box to find creative solutions for customers.
- Technical background is an advantage.
