Customer Experience Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support B2B customers through various communication channels, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the overall customer journey.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and AI integrations to streamline customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage payment inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and improve Trustpilot reviews to maintain a high company NPS.
Requirements:
  • Native-level German and fluent English language skills.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
  • Technical background and proficiency in computer systems, with the ability to type at high speeds.
