As a Customer Experience Expert at Toptalent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to showcase outstanding communication skills, listening, empathy, and personalization in every customer conversation.

Key responsibilities include guiding customers through their questions, ensuring they receive the right solution, and maintaining customer satisfaction and retention. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, focusing on key performance indicators such as Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity.

Requirements for this role include excellent Dutch language skills (C2 level) and a strong command of English (C1 level). You will be a smart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer service, able to remain calm and empathetic when dealing with challenging customers.
