About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience project design and bring innovative ideas to life. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for B2B customers via phone, email, and chat, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Your Responsibilities- Be the primary contact for B2B customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
- Innovate and collaborate with your team to elevate the customer experience, leveraging the latest technology and AI integrations.
- Manage payment inquiries across multiple platforms, enhancing company reviews and driving NPS improvements.
- Identify and escalate customer issues, mapping business processes to ensure seamless journeys.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of approximately €40,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
