We are a leading Outsourcing/BPO company looking to recruit a skilled German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia and support a new fintech scale-up project. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibility over project design and make a significant impact on customer experience.

Job Description:

As a German B2B Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
  • Communicating with customers to find the best solution to their problem
  • Constantly brainstorming with colleagues to improve the Customer Experience; troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
  • Using the latest technology and AI integrations and becoming an expert in this field
  • Controlling and handling payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
  • Flagging and escalating customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
  • Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A native level of German and fluent English
  • Customer service is in your DNA, and you have some experience already
  • An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented
  • You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
  • A technical background is an advantage
  • You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
