Customer Experience Expert for German-Speaking Clients

Our global recruitment agency, David Kennedy Recruitment, is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to find a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist fluent in German.
The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with customers through various channels, showcasing exceptional communication skills and personalizing every customer interaction. Key duties include:
- Guiding customers with their questions and providing the right solution to ensure satisfaction
- Identifying and addressing customer needs to improve processes internally
- Maintaining high performance and focusing on KPIs like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native-level proficiency in German (C1) for both spoken and written communication
- Fluent English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is an asset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
