Goal Achievement: Work towards personal and team sales targets, demonstrating a strong achievement-oriented mindset.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to enhance sales efforts.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements: Native-level fluency in German and B2 proficiency in English. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively. Solid background in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Good computer skills, including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and customer service. Previous experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
