About the Role

At Ethikos 3.0, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies and driving business growth within your assigned sales area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of customers in a designated area to execute the sales plan and deliver budgeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Present value propositions in a suitable and successful way aligned with customer prioritization from the Sales Force Effectiveness program.
  • Screen customer base for new opportunities, generate leads, and maintain pipeline within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
Main Accountabilities
  1. Proactively inform upper management about the required sales support level and cooperate in the implementation of defined activities.
  2. Systematically update CRM with valid, accurate, and complete customer-related information.
  3. Have expert knowledge of available products and services.
Requirements
  • Familiarize yourself with all applicable corporate policies/procedures regarding personal conduct/HSE standards and act in compliance with all regulations.
  • Create and execute Account/Customer plans aligned with national plans to promote added value.
