Aexus, a leading international company specializing in technology and software sales, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we have established a strong presence across Europe, the US, and APAC with an international team of over 100 professionals.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to jump-start their career in the innovative tech sales space. As a Sales Development Representative, you will work closely with top management of 3 to 4 SaaS high-growth scale-ups in their business development projects, acquiring strategic business opportunities for our innovative technology partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and lead generation through online channels
  • Research and qualify prospects
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches
  • Plan go-to-market strategies
  • Engage in strategic cold and warm calling
  • Manage pipelines and partner relationships

You will be supported by your Sales Managers and our Inside Sales Support team. If you are analytical, resourceful, and persistent in your work, with a basic understanding or affinity for innovative technologies, this role may be perfect for you.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study, or 1-2 years of applicable experience
  • Familiarity and/or interest in the DACH tech sector
  • Native-like level of German and English, spoken and written
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
