Sales Representative Specialist is an integral role within our organization, requiring a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team in Valencia, Spain. This on-site position focuses on outbound sales and driving new business opportunities, with an emphasis on expanding our customer base through targeted outreach and account management.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and targets.
  • Proactively acquire new customers and re-engage lapsed ones.
  • Build and follow sales cadences to prospect and engage new clients.
  • Identify and qualify potential prospects within targeted companies.

Key Requirements:
  • Advanced proficiency in English and German; Swiss-German is highly desirable, with French as a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills and a solid outbound sales background.
  • Achievement-oriented mindset and proficient computer skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales.

About the Role:This full-time position offers a competitive salary and performance bonuses, relocation package, opportunities for career growth, comprehensive training programs, and a vibrant work environment. The successful candidate will be expected to adhere to company security rules and maintain a high level of professionalism throughout their tenure.
Estimated Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
