Aexus is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join their DACH team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be working closely with top management of 3 to 4 SaaS high-growth scale-ups in their business development projects. Your main goal is to acquire strategic business opportunities for the innovative technology partners you are representing. Responsibilities:
- Market research and lead generation
- Prospect research and lead qualification
- Sales pitch formulation and go-to-market planning
- Strategic cold and warm calling and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- 1-2 years of applicable experience
- Familiarity with the DACH tech sector
- Native-like level of German and English, spoken and written
- Inspiring and fun work environment
- Autonomy and open working culture
- Training and certification through Aexus sales training sessions
- Direct lines of communication within a flat hierarchy organization
