This role presents a chance to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our clients in the high-tech industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, identifying prospects, and developing commercial and technical service proposals.
Responsibilities- Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial Business Development of customers acquired/profiled online.
- Account management of gold customers and partners.
- Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in targeted companies.
- Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
- Review client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
- Respond to customer or partner inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Swiss-German and advanced English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Solid Sales background.
- Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
- Good computer skills.
- Previous experience in B2B Sales.
- Motivated and self-driven individual.
