About the Opportunity

This role presents a chance to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our clients in the high-tech industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls, identifying prospects, and developing commercial and technical service proposals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage qualified inbound calls for Commercial Business Development of customers acquired/profiled online.
  • Account management of gold customers and partners.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and deciders in targeted companies.
  • Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.
  • Review client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Respond to customer or partner inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Swiss-German and advanced English.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Solid Sales background.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Previous experience in B2B Sales.
  • Motivated and self-driven individual.
