**Job Overview**
Radiowealth Finance Company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with agents and dealers.
**Job Summary**
The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading the sales performance of assigned branches, executing sales and marketing strategies, and developing localized marketing programs to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with agents and dealers
- Conducting weekly and monthly huddles with agents to review progress and set goals
- Creating and executing localized marketing programs to increase revenue
- Assisting in the roll-out of Salesforce training programs
- Attending branch-related meetings and alignments
- Submitting monthly progress reports and other required documentation
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of selling experience, preferably in agent recruitment and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Filipino, with an advantage for fluency in the language of the assigned area
- A motorcycle and professional driver's license (restriction code 1,2)
