We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Iberia sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relations and be fluent in Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable advice to clients, building collaborative relationships, and supporting the regional sales team. Your daily tasks will include advising decision-makers, identifying potential clients, and contributing ideas to improve products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on our portfolio of products and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and seize cross-selling chances.
  • Support the regional sales managers in implementing local sales strategies and organizing events.
  • Record activities and information in Salesforce to make targeted outbound calls based on defined marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Contribute to process optimization and product improvement based on market feedback.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A professional commercial training or equivalent studies.
  • Experience in customer relations, preferably in the fitness sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to adapt to different people and situations.
  • Reliability and a solution-oriented work approach.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
