EGYM GmbH is seeking a Sales Development Manager to expand our internal sales team in Iberia. This role involves providing reliable advice to clients and building collaborative relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  • Customer Advisory: You will support our regional sales team by advising decision-makers, acting as a link with headquarters, and providing the necessary information to guide clients through the purchasing process.
  • Customer Acquisition: You will independently identify potential clients for products in our portfolio and seize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support: You will assist regional sales managers in implementing the local sales strategy, organizing, and following up on event invitations.
  • Efficiency: You will record your activities and information in our CRM tool Salesforce to make targeted outbound calls based on defined marketing and sales campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualification: You have completed professional commercial training or equivalent studies.
  • Professional Experience: You are experienced in customer relations, preferably in the fitness sector.
  • Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and enjoy speaking on the phone.
  • Empathy: You are empathetic and able to adapt to the people you interact with.
  • Languages: You are fluent in Spanish and able to communicate in English.
