We are seeking a motivated and dynamic German-speaking Sales Growth Manager to join our client team in Valencia, Spain. This on-site role involves engaging with clients and partners to drive business growth, leveraging a consultative approach to account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.
  • Create a business environment for sustained growth within accounts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships to ensure long-term visibility of strategy, plans, and competitor activity.
  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.
  • Prepare commercial and technical service proposals.
  • Focus on driving profitability through proactive management.
  • Execute and achieve sales quotas and targets.
  • Track, manage, and report sales pipeline activity.
  • Respond to and resolve incoming customer or partner calls in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Solid background in sales.
  • Fluent in English and native-level proficiency in German.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Motivated and a self-starter.
  • Previous experience working with sales channels.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
