Sales Growth Strategist Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving our corporate sales efforts, exceeding revenue growth targets by acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts. Key responsibilities include:



  • Utilizing direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals to identify and develop new leads.
  • Showcasing our corporate program and leveraging networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry/community events.
  • Negotiating corporate contracts and responding to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.
  • Co-managing a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
  • Analyzing corporate sales performance, making data-driven decisions, and taking necessary actions to drive growth.
  • Preparing and presenting activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:



  • A minimum BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
  • A strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
  • Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Competency in MS Office programs.
  • Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
  • Excellent command of English and local languages.
  • Possession of a permanent residence permit in the respective country (the company does not provide or assist with work permits).
  • Knowledge of ticketing processes, fare filing, GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) will be valued.


Estimated Salary

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
