The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately €45,000 - €60,000, depending on experience. Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary and additional benefits.
Job Description
As a Key Account Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for building and enriching the customer database, establishing valuable connections with current or potential partners, and creating business opportunities by initiating outbound calls and understanding their requirements and concerns. You will also introduce chosen partners to marketing campaigns and offer assistance to resellers in navigating programs to optimize overall profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum B2 level of German and excellent English skills
- An independent working style and strong organizational skills
- A passion for outbound B2B sales
- Experience in sales and a proven track record of success
- An energetic, curious, and proactive work approach in a fast-paced environment
