In their pursuit of expansion, they are looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Lead to spearhead their sales efforts in Spain. Your key responsibilities and impact as a Regional Sales Lead will be:

Job Summary

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative culture and driving success.
  • Recruit seasonal and permanent sales representatives and ensure their necessary management, onboarding, and training.
  • Cultivate key client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay up-to-date on trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to drive growth.
  • Host regular training sessions tailored to the team's needs.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Full fluency in English, both speaking and writing (Professional proficiency in Spanish, German, or Dutch is a plus)
  • A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 8 years of experience
  • Excellent sales skills, high energy levels, and strong interpersonal abilities
  • A deep understanding of sales metrics and performance indicators
  • The ability to thrive under pressure and in fast-paced environments

Location

This role is based in Valencia, where you can expect:
