BauWatch Group is a leading provider of temporary security solutions in Europe, with a strong presence in the construction and civil engineering industry.
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain, with a focus on driving commercial growth and developing strong relationships with key decision makers in the construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving growth targets, with strong B2B sales experience and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies.
- Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities.
- Attend to customer queries and directly responsible for driving sales growth.
- Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing key accounts and achieving growth targets.
- Strong and credible relationships with key decision makers in the market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong B2B sales experience and ability to prospect and manage high-level relationships.

- Friendly team player with an 'all hands on deck' approach.
- Customer-focused with the ability to listen to customer needs and adapt working methods accordingly.
