Job Title: Key Account Manager - Construction

BauWatch Group, the European leader in temporary security solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth in the construction market.

About BauWatch Group

We provide monitored surveillance-services to customers primarily in the construction and civil engineering industry, combining our ruggedized monitoring towers, in-house software, and leading end-to-end operations with remote monitoring to protect our customers' assets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to work closely with our Managing Director Spain to drive commercial growth, while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives in the construction market.

Responsibilities
  1. Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector.
  2. Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies, including residential and industrial sectors.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities, such as giving company presentations and attending trade fairs.
  4. Attend to customer queries and maintain a customer-focused attitude.
  5. Directly responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, building sales partnerships, and nurturing relationships.
  6. Work with and contribute to the performance of marketing activities, such as carrying out telephone campaigns and giving company presentations.
  7. Develop and nurture new and existing customers and enter into partnerships by building and maintaining own relationship network.
  8. Follow up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and BauWatch, by responding to partners' and customers' needs.
  9. Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market.
  10. Support sales team in acquisition of new customers by following up on marketing leads.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in managing key accounts and take responsibility for achieving growth targets.
