Key Account Manager Construction

Bauwatch Group is the leading provider of temporary security solutions in Europe, with a strong presence in the construction and civil engineering industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain.
About the RoleAs a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and managing key accounts in the construction sector. You will work closely with our Managing Director Spain to develop and implement a commercial plan, identify partnership opportunities, and build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies.
- Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring new customers, building sales partnerships, and nurturing relationships.
- Contribute to the performance of marketing activities of Bau Watch.
- Develop and nurture new and existing customers and enter into partnerships.
- Follow up commercial opportunities to ensure a lasting bond between the customer and Bau Watch.
- Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market.
- Support sales team in acquisition of new customers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in managing key accounts and taking responsibility for achieving growth targets.
- Strong and credible relationships with key decision-makers in your market.
- Highly goal-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong B2B sales experience and the ability to prospect and manage high-level relationships.
