Job Description

BauWatch Group is a leading provider of temporary security solutions in Europe, with a strong presence in the construction and civil engineering industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the commercial plan by identifying and leveraging partnership opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Build and maintain a relevant network of construction companies.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and support marketing activities.
  • Attend to customer queries and directly responsible for driving sales growth.
  • Advise the key account manager, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in managing key accounts and take responsibility for achieving growth targets. You should have strong and credible relationships with key decision-makers in your market, be highly goal-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
