Job Summary

The Regional Key Account Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the development and implementation of the Red Bull sales strategy, delivering sales, volume, and P&L targets for major regional customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the Red Bull commercial strategy at key regional customers.
  • Manage sales & new business forecasts, prepare and evaluate/track sales budgets ensuring that agreement counter performance is being executed.
  • Successfully implement national price increase strategies and establish the customer pricing accordingly.
  • Develop customer strategy and annual business plan in line with overall national sales strategy.
  • Prepare negotiation scenarios and strategy and fully lead the negotiation process.
  • Ensure that Red Bull is at the forefront of customer relationship management.
  • Analyse available data sources (e.g. Nielsen, scanner data) to profitably manage the portfolio and derive growth opportunities for the Red Bull brand with each key customer.
  • Build effective annual promotion plans based on sound sales development and profitability analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years professional experience in sales (KA, Trade, Field) ideally with FMCG/beverage background.
  • Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.
  • Category Management and Teams Management experience is a plus.
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken; other languages useful.
  • Strategic & innovative.

  • Analyze sales & consumer data.
  • Financial systems SAP/BI.
