Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and achieving sales targets for a specific region. Your primary objective will be to manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customer bases across the region
• Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
• Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region
• Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
• Represent the company at regional events and trade shows
• Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region
• Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses
• Maximize revenue and profits in all sales opportunities
• Advise the managing director, product management, and group management on opportunities and threats in the market

Requirements
• Previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives
• Solid and credible relationships with key decision-makers in the region
• Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong experience in B2B sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
• Friendly team player: Ability to be an active part of a fast-growing team with an 'all hands on deck' approach
• Customer focus: Listens to the wishes and needs of the customer and adapts working method accordingly
• Motivated & target driven: Highly motivated and target driven, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals
• Independent: Able to carry out your own work properly and solve problems without supervision from others
• Quality-oriented: Committed to achieving and maintaining the intended quality
• Flexibility: Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, working hours, tasks, responsibilities, and behaviours of others
• Sales experience: 7+ years sales experience in B2B
• Experience of managing teams: 5+ years managing sales teams
• Happy to travel around Spain: including overnight stays (paid expenses)
• Experience or interest to visit construction sites
• Technology skills: Good knowledge of MS Office programs; preferably experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce and ERP systems, such as SAP
• Language skills: Native Spanish speaker, advanced (conversational) English skills for internal communication, knowledge of Catalan is a plus
• Driving license: Full, valid driving license
