Job Description
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to work closely with our Managing Director Spain to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets for a specific region of our company. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading regional sales teams to achieve sales targets, identifying and acquiring new customers, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and lead regional sales teams to achieve sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targets
• Identify and acquire new customers, as well as up-sell to existing customer bases across the region
• Effectively manage and drive the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retention
• Grow a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensure accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planning
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the region
• Prepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performance
• Represent the company at regional events and trade shows
• Analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the region
• Develop and manage regional sales budgets and expenses

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience of managing small/regional teams of sales representatives while taking accountability for reaching targets and growth objectives.
