**Job Overview:**

Radiowealth Finance Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Sales Development Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced sales environments and have a passion for driving business growth.

**Salary Estimate:** PHP 250,000 - PHP 400,000 per annum

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets at the branch level
  • Lead agent recruitment and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch effective marketing strategies and programs
  • Maintain harmonious working relationships between agents and RFC Branch Staff

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of selling experience, preferably in agent recruitment and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
