Enterprise Sales Manager

As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Radiowealth Finance Company, you will be responsible for driving the overall sales performance of assigned branches. This role entails recruiting, developing, and guiding top-performing agents to secure additional revenue for the branch.
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven individual to lead our sales team in executing sales and marketing strategies at the branch level. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster harmonious working relationships between agents and branch staff.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead Sales Performance: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Recruit and Retain Top Agents: Identify, recruit, and nurture top-performing agents to maintain a core number of high-achieving individuals.
- Conduct Regular Meetings: Hold weekly and monthly huddles with agents to discuss progress, set goals, and provide feedback.
- Execute Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized marketing programs that increase volume and drive sales.
- Bachelor's Degree: Business or Marketing course graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of selling experience, preferably in agent recruitment, management, and business development.
- Licenses and Certifications: Motorcycle license and professional driver's license (restriction code 1,2).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Filipino, with proficiency in local languages an advantage.
- Competitive Salary: ₱80,000 - ₱120,000 per month, depending on experience.
