Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Associate to join our team at Radiowealth Finance Company.

About the Job:

  • This role is responsible for driving sales performance at the assigned branch level.
  • The successful candidate will lead, develop, and guide top agents in securing additional revenue for the branch.
  • They will be responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies, conducting weekly and monthly huddles with agents, and assigning booking quotas.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
  • Lead and develop top agents to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct opportunity meetings for all recruited agents.
  • Develop localized marketing programs to increase volume.
Agent Recruitment:
  • Maintain a core number of top agents and their immediate downlines.
  • Monitor and conduct performance reviews among top agents on a monthly basis.
  • Propose district and branch-specific sales programs through consultations with operations, regional sales, and marketing.
Administrative Function:
  • Ensure high-quality and timely completion of administrative tasks.
  • Submit a weekly itinerary to the regional sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred).
  • At least 2 years of selling experience.
  • Experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development (advantageous).
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial individual with strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.

  • A competitive salary range of PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per year.
