About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at H&M Group.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team of sales assistants.
  • You will be responsible for analysing sales data, working closely with the store manager to maximise departmental performance, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Ambitious and results-driven individuals who can take independent initiative, address business demands efficiently, and provide excellent customer service will excel in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Performance: Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and styling advice.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of sales assistants, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets, providing coaching and development opportunities, and promoting a positive work environment.
  3. Operational Excellence: Oversee store operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
  4. Talent Development: Identify future talents, develop their skills, and create development plans to support their progression.
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving sales performance, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish a plus.
