**H&M Group: Lead the Sales Experience**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Team Leader to join our team at H&M Group. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants and contributing to achieving exceptional customer experiences.

**About the Role**

  • Leverage your retail experience to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales performance in your department.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales potential and optimize store operations.
  • Mentor and coach your team members to achieve their full potential and contribute to building a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure seamless execution of store plans and objectives.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

**What We Offer**

  • A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
