Senior Sales Leader

Blu Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Spain. As a key member of our international partner's team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Recruiting and managing a team of sales representatives, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Identifying and cultivating key client relationships to drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Conducting market analysis to stay ahead of trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Full fluency in English, with professional proficiency in an additional language such as Spanish, German, or Dutch.
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- Excellent sales skills, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a customer-centric approach.
