Sales Performance Leader

The Sales Performance Leader will be responsible for driving sales growth and performance across assigned branches. This role requires effective leadership, execution skills, and the ability to develop and nurture top agents and dealers/key account relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans at the branch level.
- Recruit, manage, and guide top agents and dealers/key accounts to secure additional revenue for the branch.
- Conduct weekly and monthly huddles/alignments with agents to track progress and provide feedback.
- Assign monthly booking quotas to agents and ensure attainment.
- Create localized marketing programs to increase volume.
- Assist in the roll-out of Salesforce training programs in the branch.
- Attend branch-related meetings or alignments.
- Submit monthly progress reports, call sheets, and itineraries to marketing with a cross-copy to the Branch Manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Requirements include a business/marketing course graduate or equivalent, at least 2 years of selling experience, and experience in agent recruitment, management, and business development (advantageous). A professional driver's license with motorcycle capability is also necessary. Strong communication skills in English and Filipino are essential, with fluency in the language of the assigned area an advantage.

This is a full-time position, working on a day shift schedule with supplemental pay including 13th month salary, commission pay, overtime pay, and performance bonus. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with sales experience of 2 years or more.
