Helloprint, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a driven Sales Representative to join its vibrant Revenue Operation team in Valencia. The ideal candidate will focus on driving growth by upgrading existing key customers to advanced business solutions.

The role involves working across all Helloprint solutions: Connect, Portal, Merch, and API. Utilizing data qualification logic, the Sales Representative will receive a weekly list of key customers to contact and convert into business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to key customers to introduce and upgrade them to higher-value business solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Work closely with Data and Sales Operations to improve customer lists on a weekly basis
  • Collaborate with other teams to align on customer accounts and business strategies

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker
  • Fluent in another language (written and spoken) is a plus
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a proven ability to meet sales targets
